Frustrated with Core Strengthening Exercises

Stylized pink triangle and purple oval - When to be concerned about core wellnessWhen endless abdominal workouts don’t seem to be working for you, maybe it is time to investigate a different solution. Core strengthening exercises can be challenging to master and even more difficult to keep up with the routine. Especially if you are not getting the results you expect from your hard work. Many people work very hard to develop their ab muscles to the point of having a visible six-pack. We often interpret seeing defined ab muscles as healthy and strong. But the truth is that having nice abs does not necessarily mean your core muscle groups are strong or functioning optimally. At Corelife Wellness, we focus less on the aesthetics of abdominal muscles and more on overall core wellness – from your pelvis to all of your abdominal muscle groups in your torso.

Abdominal Separation or Diastasis Rectus Abdominis

Several factors, including rapid weight gain, pregnancy and poor body alignment, can lead to a condition affecting the abdominal muscle group at the front of your body called the rectus abdominis. Diastasis rectus abdominis, or diastasis recti, results when the connective tissue between the muscles becomes stretched and thin, allowing pressure from inside the body to force internal organs outward. Diastasis recti is so common that almost half of women will experience it during and after pregnancy.

Many men also suffer from diastasis recti which can develop after abdominal surgery or frequent heavy lifting with poor body alignment. In many cases, the condition can be corrected with diastasis recti exercises to support and retrain the abdominal muscles. In other cases, people need some help to kickstart the process of healing. That’s where we come in with our Venus Ab Rehab Treatment for diastasis recti. Book a consultation to see if it’s the right treatment for you!

We Also Offer Kegel Chair Therapy

Maybe you’ve heard of the Kegel Chair – its real name is Emsella, and it does so much more than deliver the equivalent of 11,000 Kegels in a 30-minute session. At Corelife Wellness, we have the Emsella chair near me. We call it Libby – which is short for Liberation. We named it that because of its power to free people from bladder leaks, sexual discomfort, and pelvic organ prolapse. Both women and men can benefit from Libby, which combines Emsella treatments with a curated and personalized education and support program to help you overcome the symptoms of urinary incontinence.

Eliminate Bladder Leaks Without Surgery

Libby is a non-invasive and comfortable way to eliminate urinary leakage. It’s as easy as sitting in a chair, and you keep your clothes on for the whole treatment. Men and women can eliminate bladder leaks to regain control over their lives. Our happy clients will tell you that they are grateful for the confidence and freedom they feel even after the first Libby treatment. Want to know more?
